A question on the IMM 1344 is unlclear to me.
I am sponsoring my conjugal partner outside Canada.
So, first they ask Part1 question 6: the principal applicant is your .. so here obviously I answered 'conjugal partner outside Canada'
Then Sponsor Personnal details question 8.
They Ask: your current Marital Status.
Since I am sponsorig my conjugal partner, what is the right answer? the choices that could potentially fit are either 'Commom Law' (but I understood Common law is the case where your partner is living inside Canada /while conjugal partner is outside)
Or shall I just put single, but it seems weird as I am sponsoring a conjugal partner.
And if you choose common Law , then they ask the dates of when entering in the common law , but earlier they ask on the applicant page, when did we enterd into the relationship.
So I am little bit confused here.
