If our we’ve received a procedural fairness letter and after responding to it our application is refused, will we receive a 5 year ban ? Do all refusals receive a ban and if not, can you reapply?

I would think that it depends on the reason for refusal, but you also have the option to appeal if you get refused (again, depending on reason).

but no, it's not an auto 5 year ban, I hear of people reapplying after refusals.
