why is RQ issued when everyone i see so far prepares the submission document and sends to cic. has there been anyone who got RQ but did not submit. what was the outcome of the application process. 99% of time RQ is just submission of extra paper and thats it. why dont cic put that requirement as mandatory with the initial citizenship application form so no back and form unnecessary communications. also CRA system is so easy to go in and pull tax details so why we have to submit T4s and NOA??
