Needed some advice regarding the following questions

In which province or territory does XXX intend to reside?
In which city/town does XXX intend to reside?

Any limitation to which province/city to provide? I'm not sure where I'll end up in Canada if my application goes thru, so not sure.
Also how does the answer to the above questions affect one's application?

Those are just standard questions for immigration purpose.
Just mention the city and province where you gonna land, if your visa gets approved.
For example write - Toronto, Ontario if you planning to go to toronto.

But few territories do not pariticipate in Express entry program or they have their own EE program. Any issues with selecting those?

Select all the provinces or choose on that you are likely to move to. CIC knows it not always possible to move a province chosen a year before finalization of your application etc. I believe all provinces use EE except Quebec.

If you are PNP candidate, you are expected to land and live in the province that nominated you.
