Question on processing timing?

If ....

Person A passed his application on June and his file was transferred to the local office on January.

Person B passed his application on October and his file was transferred to the local office on January.

Let's assume that the same officer works on both file. Will they receive their test notice closely on the same period? Or Person B will wait longer because he passed his application on a later date?

Not really, I just did my test today, I have seen some couples together who applied together and got the tests together but this is not written in stone. CIC always process application per case.
