Question on police certificate

Hi friends,

Your advice on police certificate is appreciated. I lived in country A from 2005 to 11/2018, then moved to country B ( I am citizen of country B) since then. Shall I only provide police certificate from country A? I only stayed in country B during the last 10 years for about 4 months so far, since 11/2018, not 6 months or more in a row. Thanks.

Technically you do not need the PCC for Country B. You could write a letter of explanation. But you should also realize that it is possible for IRCC to ask for it anyway, they often do when it is the country of citizenship.
