Question on 'Personal History' Section of SCHEDULE 1 Form

Hi Experts,

I am filling out the SCHEDULE 1 form and got stuck on Personal History Section.

It asks for histrory since from age of 18 yrs and just have 5 rows to accomodate that.
Below is my history since from agr 18:
1. Eduaction at City1
2. Management Preparation at City1
3. Employment1 with Employer1 at City1
4. Employment2 with Employer2 at City1
5. Employment3 with Employer3 at City1
6. Employment3 with Employer3 at City2

Now if I have above Histroty since from age of 18. How can I accomodate this in 5 rows? Do you think if there is any reduntant information above that I can get rid of OR club together?

I read that incorrect/incomplete information here will delay the processing so want to make sure I do it correctly. Please help here.

its all in the given instructions. if your information can not fit in the given spaces. you can make a separate sheet for the information and attach to the form. just indicate the form, question number and follow the columns.
