Need a genuine advice and guidance on my below queries:
1. I'm trying to prove sibling relationship with my brother in my express entry application and he's a Canadian citizen. He has his OCI card containing my parent's name and I have my passport containing my parent's name. Now, unfortunately, last names of our parents are slightly different in his OCI card vs my passport. Now, reading through other threads in this website, I see people have recommended to prepare a one and same person affidavit.
My question is whether the oath or declaration of one and same person affidavit needs to be done by me OR by my brother?
2. Similar is the case with my wife. My wife needs to upload legal name change doc since I've mentioned her maiden name change after marriage. So should she be preparing an affidavit of one and same person? If so, should she be taking that oath and declaration OR should I be taking oath since I'm submitting the application for my express entry?
