I would like to migrate to Canada and right now I am struck with what NOC to be used in application. My situation is following
Got my Engineering degree 7 years back, after that I went to do some Cisco certification courses and the same time I created a small web hosting and internet marketing business (Not a registered company). Then I moved to Singapore by registering a company there ( I was issued with a normal Employment pass and the pass states my position is "Company Director"). Then last year I moved to Malaysia by setting up a company in Labuan. Again I am on employment visa and position on visa is "Company Director".
In legal view I am an Employee of my own company; Funds in the company's bank account belongs to company etc.Openly speaking I am a self-employed person but operating under a registered private limited company.
My earnings are not that big compared to Canadian standards, so what I want to do is migrate to Canada and work for some company as system administrator and manage my existing business along side. I don't wish to apply for the Canadian start up visa as it is more for someone with new ideas not for me.
Available proofs in my case are
1) Income tax returns
2) Visa issued by Singapore and Malaysia
Can someone help me to select the right NOC
