Hello Pragnya,

Congratulations on your new job.

Here is the link you can refer for your questions

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp

Also did you check with your employer on whether you require a positive LMO ?

Regards,
Deepak

Now that we are seeing that Wp is limited to 4 years and need to wait for 4 more years to get a new one... My question is when am in Canada on Work permit, and My company wants to process my PR, how long does that take to complete if I have a permanent full time job, How long entire PR process takes if am on Job

If they sponsor you through PNP, the whole thing from start to finish will likely take between 1 and 2 years. You can look at trackitt.com to see other peoples timelines.

I have a positive LMO now and willing to go to buffalo for a quick WP approval, Also the question I have for gurus is After I land up in Canada in my job, can I go to college to pursue a masters degree at all if my company bares me 50% of the cost, does any one had a same day or same week approval recently from buffalo ?

You can not study on a work permit and not work on a study permit. The exception is that without a study permit, you can only take short courses (under 6 months) that do not give college credits. With a study permit, you may work on the campus of your college without a work permit or after 6 months of studying you can apply for an off-campus work permit which would allow you to work up to 20 hours a week during the semester and full time on holidays.
