I wasn\'t able to find conclusive answers by searching, and I\'m sorry if this has been covered elsewhere before...
Here goes:
My spouse entered Canada as a visitor, and cohabited with me from December 2009 to December 2010. In April 2010 she applied for an extension, and her visitor visa extension was approved for 6 more months until December 2010. She received a medical exam request, and took a medical exam in August 2010 which she has proof of.
We are now applying for permanent residence (will be sending the application in a few weeks) and want to know if since she had already taken a medical exam (within the last 12 months) can she just send proof of that medical exam? And will it be sufficient medical evidence for the purposes of our PR application?
Or, will she need to take another medical exam and send the proof of the new medical exam along with our application?
Thanks so much for any guidance here.
