Hi All,

I have a question regarding the form "IMM5562 Supplementary Information - Your Travels", which is embedded within the form "IMM 3901 Part 3 Country Specific Intructions".

I am the applicant so I know I must complete this form, but in question b) of this form it also asks my common-law partner to provide her travel history.

However my common law partner is my sponsor and a Canadian citizen. Does she need to answer this question?

I think this question only applys if your common law partner is not your sponsor.

Can anyone confirm this?

thanks

Brad

Hi Again,

Just checking again to see whether anyone has any thoughts or knowledge on this question?

I am a bit worried and confused by it.

Thanks!

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
If nobody here seems to know this first hand, it's a good idea to call CIC and ask them. If you wanted me to guess, I would say go ahead and fill out her travel history. If they don't need it, they can ignore it and if they do need it, they will have it and not have to come back and ask you later.
