Pretty wordy title but does the job.

I have a provincial nomination via the Alberta Opportunity Stream. I submitted my PR application on September 2nd.
My IEC work visa expires on November 14th and by current timeline I doubt I will get an AOR until early 2025.

My employer submitted a LMIA exempt job offer via the government portal and I have the reference number. Today I got a Letter of Support from Alberta so I am covered to apply via the below
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/temporary-residents/foreign-workers/exemption-codes/federal-provincial-territorial-agreements-r204-lmia-exemption-code-t13/nominated-by-province.html

My question is how do I actually for it? Can I submit the standard BOWP request and just attach those documents or do I have to do a full border run. Thanks!
