Question on filling out the form ~

I'll be applying end of June...and was looking into the forms.

For question 11 -- details of employment during eligibility period. Do I need to enter every job that I've worked..since I've done a lot of summer part-time gigs, and don't recall the exact dates, nor have I saved the ROE's

Please advise
