Question on filling education details

I am creating my EE profile and I had several questions while filling the 'Study and languages' section.
I have an MSc. Chemistry degree (2 years) from Bangalore University and BSc. PCM degree (3 years) from Bangalore University. My WES ECA report determined this to be a "Bachelor's degree (4 years)" and "Postgraduate Diploma (1 year)"

My questions are below:

1. All my degree certificates and transcripts have my surname shortened to initials, whereas my passport and application have my full expanded surname. WES lists this as discrepancy/difference in name in it's ECA report. Will this be a problem and at which stage of the process do I have the option to clarify this in my application?

2. I studied at St. Joseph's college but under Bangalore university (at that time) and my degree certificates and transcripts were issued by the university. This is also recorded on the ECA report. But while filling the 'Study and languages' section, it asks for my institution/college. What should I write here, the college or the university name?

3. Lastly, there are TWO places where they request the 'Level of Education' in this page. First, when I am filling up my Indian degree details, (this comes after the 'name of the
institution' field) and then again when it requests the Canadian equivalency of the same per the WES report. For my bachelor's degree, it is quite clear and easy. But for my master's degree, I filled it up as "Master's degree" the first time to describe my Indian degree. and then in the second instance, for the Canadian equivalency I selected "one year program at university"
Is this correct? or should I fill the same in both instances? Because in the summary it automatically displays as "master's degree" and I don't want to be penalized for misrepresentation.
