My wife is currently enrolled in PhD program in US. The FSW checklist mentions that applicants with spouses must include evidence on both total number of years of education along with evidence that the programs were completed.
My question is, does she and I have to send copy of our entire certificates starting from High School?
What can we show to provide evidence of completion of 17 years of education?
