question on credit report

Hi,

I worked in Canada for 1 year on WP and returned to my country. Now I'm moving back again to Canada.

I'm trying to get credit report for my SIN before reaching Canada. My SIN has expired last year. Is it possible to get credit report in the expired state? Please let me know.
