Greetings!
Myself and my wife were in the US when we recieved our PR in 2017. After completing our landing, we moved back to the US. My son was born in 2019 in USA and is a US citizen. We then permanently moved to Canada in Feb 2020 and my son was on a visitors visa and only received his PR in July 2021. Myself and my wife qualify for citizenship with almost 1200 days in Canada. My question is, can we include our son in the citizenship application even though he hasnt been in canada on PR for 1095 days?
Secondly, is citizenship required for him to start school? If he does apply for citizenship, does he have a choice of reverting to US citizenship in the future?
Please help!
