hey team! Longwinded question incoming:
so if an individual was previously married for a few years and their marriage sponsorship was denied, but they continued to stay on in Canada legally, with work permits, and are now applying for an AIP supported employer specific permit, in the section of the IMM 5710e where it asks were you previously asked to leave Canada, do they say yes my marriage sponsorship was denied and I was asked to leave at the end of my previous permit, or just say no?
thanks!
