Question need help guys

Hey everyone I searched far and wide answer this and can't figure it out so thought of best place ask this would be here . So my fiancé is from Mexico and has a multiple entry visa and recently went back to Mexico .
The question is that we spent almost 6 months together before we both went to work but dates have me very confused . She arrived on June 13 2013 and left canada and went back to Mexico December 10/2013 so it did not pass the 6 month cutoff time . What I'm confused about is when I counted the actual days it's over 182 days by about 7 I believe . But when average out the months of year 12 devided by 365 is 29.67 average days in year which would make her stay less than 6 months . As can see I'm little confused any help would be greatly appreciated .

CIC doesn't count that way. She arrived on 13/06/12, her 6 months were up 12/12/12. They count the months whether the month has 28/29/30 or 31 days, it is a month. They are not going to perform math.

Her 6 months were up on 12/12/12 so what happens then ? She is over 1 day then on her visa right ? Will she be denied entry again on her multiple visa ?

Hey PMM thanks for reply appreciate it , I was confused little with dates she arrived in Canada on June 13/2013 and left canada back to Mexico on dec/10/2013 so then according to how you say it's calculated she will be ok then and under the 6 month range right ?
