Hello Guys,

I am an international student in Ca for over 5 years, and me and my boyfriend are common-law, and going to get married in July, 2010 and will apply for my PR before Aug, but my study permit is going to expires in Nov, 2010.

I haven't finish study yet, and I don't want to pay the double tuation anymore, could anyone help me? some suggestions? PLZ!!

Until you "land" you will be paying international rates for tuition. Some schools, may once you receive your PR give you a rebate on that terms tuition.
