Question in family sponsorship

I have a simple question , My Uncle is a permanent canadian residence if he can sponsor me to immigrate.

He has a full time job and does not receive any financial support from the government.
About myself , I have just graduated from university with B.A in English major and 3 years experience in tutoring English for high school students. Am i eligible to immigrate to Canada ? and What kind of immigration program should i choose ?

Your uncle can probably sponsor u under family class, only if he included your name as family member when he applied for his PR back then.

No - that's the wrong answer.

Your uncle can only sponsor you if he has no spouse common law partner, no children, both of his parents are no longer alive and he has no other family living in Canada.

hey, jw does this rule also apply to sponsored spouse's family members? i.e. a PR can sponsor ONLY if included their names in the dependants section back when u filed the app?

You can sponsor close relatives, related by blood or adoption, such as brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, or grandchildren only if they meet all of the following conditions:

They do not have a spouse, common law partner, or conjugal partner.
Option 2 – Other relative

You may sponsor one relative, related by blood or adoption, of any age if you meet all of the following conditions:

Not based on studying in Canada alone - unless you study at a Masters or PhD level - in which case you may qualify to apply for PR directly. Otherwise you would need to obtain Canadian work experience (at least a year of full time experience) before you can qualify to apply for PR through CEC. If you want to go this route - make sure you take a course that is at least 2 years long so that you end up with a 3 year post graduate work permit. If you have further questions - you need to ask them in the International Students section of the forum (not here).

Now they open the door for abroad student. I knew some abroad student after they finish their course , apply for job and PR then there they go.

You have a great opportunities because you're an English teacher , it's very easy for you
