I need some guidance.
I have applied to a number of schools and still waiting for feedback. My profile is great so I know I will get accepted into some, if not all. I didn't aim for Ivy League - I could have but I started applying late and deadline had passed for Winter intake in most schools . My worry now is that I applied for the school I really want (MUN because affordable) 2 weeks past deadline. I emailed the SGS and they said I could still apply. My application is currently in review according to the Dean's Secretary but now I'm thinking: even if they give me admission, they might only offer me a space for Spring/Fall 2021. I really want to commence studies in Winter 2021.
So: if i get admission from any of the other schools for Winter 2021 session, and I accept and actually start classes (probably online and in my own country), can I transfer to my preferred institution in Spring without any hassles?
The silver lining here for me is the probability of remote classes still continuing for Winter semester so I wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of having to upend my family and kids from one province to another after 6 months (if we'd actually moved to Canada in January for in-person classes).
Advise please?
