Hello
I have a question regarding proof of funds required for my express entry.
On my EE document submitting section, It shows me that I need to submit the POF.

First I will explain my status.
My express entry application is under Federal Skilled Worker.
I've got the 600 extra points from the BC province nominee.
I have the British Colombia job offer form that submitted for EEBC.
My job is not seasonal, full time, NOC A.
I have an open work permit, no LMIA.

so far as I know, I don't think I need to submit the POF.
I'm confused. Can someone please explain or give me clear references?
I try to find it on the CIC webpage and I'm still confusing about valid job offer(LMIA?) means.
Thank you.

I think you need to have a LMIA letter to be able to use the offer as POF replacement.

LMIA is a labour market impact assesment. The employer must pay for it.

I think as FSW you need to show proof of funds, I think it is only CEC that doesn't need POF. And yes you may need LMIA to use that job offer...
