QUESTION FOR EVERY ONE

i am going to apply for the Canadian student visa ....
at the letter of acceptance the the course start date will be the 5 December
the embassy require the applicant to make the application with at least one month before the course starting date
but i am going to apply at the 8 November
can you please tell me if it is normal or abnormal ?
i mean will they accept my application or no ?

Ofcourse. You should apply 2/3 months before your starting date just in case something goes wrong. I applied on June for my Sept class.
