Hi all, I have a question in terms of Ontario Human Capital Priorities stream Tech draw.

Is their selection also based on your EE CRS score strictly?


I found this information from the official website, and the most recent target draw shows those information:
For the CRS score range, does that mean those applicants whose score lies in 473 - 480 will absolutely receive a NOI?

It is also based on specific relevant NOCs. For each draw, only people who meet the CRS score requirements, the EE profile creation requirement, and have the required experience (Listed in their EE Profile as their primary occupation) in NOCs that are being selected for that draw, will receive an invitation. The list of the selected NOC for each draw is also posted on the OINP site.


Also, Little bit of luck plays a role. Even if you meet all these requirements... you may be unlucky and not receive a NOI (If they met the quota already for example)
