Hi Folks,

As we enter our work experience, I have one question:-

Which of these categories does James job fall under?

1.No work permit required
2.Work permit required, no LMIA required
3.Work permit and LMIA required

Should i go with option 2 or 3?
I'm currently on PGWP.

I would go with option 2 as you already have PGWP but no LMIA.

If you do Express Entry - do you still need job offer (and LMIA) even if you have Provincial Nomination?

Additionally, if you already have a job (1 year contract), do you still need to do LMIA?

I am ready to submit my application for regular PNP, this uncertainty on Ontario's PNP Express Entry stream is killing
