Question for Bobby B and other seniors.

I am approaching my 120th day with which I should hand in my documents as per the request list.I have been teaching English as a second language in China.In my initial application,I had entered my NOC code as 4141...Secondary School teacher. My roles kept changes.I handled secondary students,had adult classes and even provided tutorial classes to primary students.When I sat back and anaysed my actual duties,I found that Iam perfectly fitting as a Teacher -teaching English as a second language to students of Primary school up to Secondary level.This falls under NOC 4131.I have been doing this job for 4 years now.

Iam contemplating making changes from NOC 4141 to NOC 4131 in my intial assessment form.What's the implication here? Do you think I can successfully do this with an explanation?

I done the same mistake to put my 12 years of experience under one NOC code, at that time miniterial instruction did not come out, and any NOC code would do if its in the list, when ministerial instruction come out i found the NOC i forward does not fit in rather its not in the list, even i did geologist jobs for 10 years. I wrote them letter and told them by mistake i put all my 12 years experiecnce undr one NOC code so i split my NOC codes and send them updated application with my job responsibilites. than i got reply from them to send my resume and my officail job description from my employer i also sent them. After a month or so they asked me to send my full application within 120 days. Which i done on 1st July 2009. Lets see how it goes. Here a point to mention that iam also a master degree in geology. But in your case your 120 days are approcahing and now u figured out to change your NOC code. Lets see how seniors comment.
