hi friends,
I'm working on my EE application, but I have two issues regarding which I need your valuable advice.
I submitted my application yesterday, after about 4 hours I received a message in MyCIC, then I clicked in and found that the points related to my Canadian work experience are 0, even though it says I'm eligible for both CEC and FSW, I'm sure I correctly input my Canadian work experience which is more than 1 year full time work. has anyone ever seen the same issue? and how you got it corrected?

I also tried job bank registration using the link from the massage in MyCIC, it asks for "EE profile number" and "job seeker validation code". but in nowhere can I find those two numbers, can anyone pls help tell me where I should go to find them? as I understand based on the hint from job bank registration, I should receive those two numbers in the message of MyCIC, but I looked everywhere in the message, I still couldn't locate them.

seniors pls shed some light...

When signing up for Job Bank, use your EE profile number and the last 4 digits of your passport, that appears to be the validation code.

Not sure about Canadian experience though, I know it's picky if you've not worked continuously in one job for more than a year.
