I recently received an ITA on August 28th through the EE CEC program and plan to apply for PR. Currently, I live and work in Quebec, but I'm planning to move to Ontario around October or early November. However, my PGWP expires on November 6th, so I need to submit my PR application at least a few days before to be eligible for a BOWP.
My question is: should I submit my PR application now and later update my address once I move out of Quebec, or would it be better to wait until I have secured a lease and submit my application with my new Ontario address?
