Hello, I am applying to sponsor my conjugal partner, in the checklist (imm5629) they ask in the supporting documents to provide a written explanation why we can't get married or live together but we already answered these questions in their form imm 5532 (relationship information and sponsorship evaluation, section C question 3 and 9). Do we have to provide the written explanation as well? It seems a bit repetitive...

thanks!

Its always good to give what they ask for even though its repetitive. Rather have them have to read it twice than considering your application as incomplete. All the best

Quite a few of the immigration forms sometimes appear to ask for the same information but as per previous post although can seem to make no sense best to always include what is asked for rather than have an application returned as incomplete.
