Dear all,
My family applied for grand citizenship in Vancouver last year and CIC started its processing from January 2014. My family moved to North York Ontario and we updated new address in CIC. However, we have not received any notification from CIC since we settled in North York and it is very difficult to contact CIC by phone.
So it would be highly appreciated if you answer me for below questions.

Q1. Is there any CIC office in North York for answering current citizenship processing status for my family?
Q2. When do you expect that my family receive notification for citizenship test?

Your kind reply would be very helpful for my family.

Please have wonderful day.

If they started processing your application since Jan 2014 you should be able to see the status on Ecase.
Can you see the new address or not yet? Regarding calling CIC, yes sometimes the line is busy but just try again and stay on the line till they answer your call.
Process started since Jan, you should have received test notice by now. Hope you didn't miss any mail the may have been sent to Vancouver address. Try to get hold of CIC and don't give up till you hear from them.

1 - No. Local offices (Toronto area) are Scarborough, Downtown/St. Clair and Mississauga; mostly LOs don't like/answer direct queries from applicants.
2 - As of now, "routine" applicants from May/June/July are being scheduled for test. You can see the time line spreadsheet for more details.

You can check your status online by logging in to e-cas to see if they mailed test invite (if timely updated!). If you are still concerned, Send a case specific query.
It is good to setup CP mail redirection at the time of move to avoid chances of missing mails and worries.

Have you ask Canada post to redirect your mail to your new address?
