Hi,
I have a question, I have applied for immigration under the Canadian Experience Class last December 2011, my application was refused because I was self-employed and my experience was not accepted.
My spouse is working overseas and she applied for admission at a Canadian university to complete her MBA and got accepted, she is in the process of applying for her study permit to return to Canada. My question is, since my immigration application was refused, will her study permit get rejected as well? What documents should she provide to strengthen her application?? Will I being in Canada cause a problem as she won’t be able to satisfy the immigration officer that she will return?
Please advise & Thank you!
