If they allow that, they would have to set an extra check point to make sure what's in the envelope is not a bomb, and increase the workload/processing time, do you really want that?

You make me laugh, Courier Service is delivered by hand.

isn't mail also delivered by hand? so your original question would actually be
"Can we submit the citizen application by hand in Sydney? or it has to go by hand or hand?"

Mail goes to mail box and courier person delivers the mail to some one who receives it in the building. I don't if we allowed to submit our application in person.

Mails first go to sorting facilities where anything suspicious can be screened

Also, can you imagine millions of people standing outside of the Sydney office trying to their app in person?

The actual question is: Why would you want to submit the application in person? It will give you zero advantage.

No - you can't submit by hand yourself. Couriers are allowed into the building for deliveries. You will not be. You have to either mail or courier.

Let's suppose IRCC announces that 3/5 applications will kick of Oct 10th, applicants will start to send their applications on 10th and afterwards. Applications must be signed on Oct 10th, and it will take 2-5 days to arrives, these applications will be in thousands, by submitting the application by hand in person on 10th, you will be on top of the applicants.

That's what came into my mind.

No, it will be in the same storage room as those come later - why do you think it takes over a month to get AOR for current applicants ?

I didn't mention anything about AOR. Who generates AOR? Sydney or local immigration office?

I know this forum wants to make you think otherwise, but I highly doubt that there is going to be such a wave in those very first days. You are making the assumption that people are so organized that they will have a perfect application package ready to send on day one. This forum covers a tiny tiny amount of applicants, not everyone has been on this forum every single day to check in on c6 status. I've talked to PRs outside this forum who will be eligible but had no clue about the changes,

Sure, there'll be more applications after c6, but the difference between day 1 and day 4 really is negligible.
