I’m in the process of applying for a Super Visa for my parents and need some advice regarding a concern I have around their residential addresses. If anyone has faced a similar situation, I’d greatly appreciate your input.
Recently, my parents moved to a new residence. My mother has updated all her documents—including her passport—to reflect the new address. However, my father has kept his old address on all his documents because his business is still registered at that location and changing the address would impact his business setup.
Now, while filling out the Super Visa application, I’ve come across questions like:
"Do you live with your spouse/partner?"
This is where the confusion arises. Technically, they do live together, but their documents reflect different addresses.
Has anyone else dealt with this situation before? Would it be an issue in the application process if their addresses do not match? Should I add an explanation letter or affidavit with the application?
Any guidance or suggestions would be really helpful.
