Anybody response/ opinions are appreciated.

I am a provincial nominee from Ontario and currently processing my application for permanent residency (received ITA)

I am currently on the " Upload Documents" section.
I have a question on the Employment Records" which needs to be submitted below:

You must provide proof of work experience for your current job and for each past position you listed. Proof must include a reference letter from your employer and pay stubs, if you have them. The reference letter must:
  • be an official document printed on company letterhead
  • include your name, the company's contact information (address, telephone number and e-mail address), the signature of your immediate
  • show all positions held while employed at the company
  • include these details: job title, duties/responsibilities, job status (if current job), the dates you worked for the company, the number of work hours per week and your annual salary plus benefits.
You must scan all documents for this period of employment and save them as one file. (You must create a separate file for each period of employment.)

During the OINP , on my work history , I only have one certification letter with the complete details above on one of my employers which I am currently working for 6 years +. The other letters I have from other employers dont have the duties/responsibilities , but have all the other requirements (in this case, it is like incomplete). At the end, I am nominated and very thankful.

Another problem is , since I listed my wife that she will accompany me, the same reference letters are required. Since it will be difficult to contact her previous employers (she has letters but not as detailed as the IRCC requirement is ) , she is planning to get a detailed reference letter from her currently company where she is working for at least 6 years.

Is the point system for Express Entry- PNP , similar or same as the FWSP ?
Hope someone can clarify.
