Question abt MEDICALS ...pleasee help me ..!!!!!

I recieved my AOR 2 days ago with MEDICALS. But i'm still confused about something...

I have the SECTION A FORM 1MM 1017 BUT NOT the IMM 5419 form which will be with the DOCTORS....
But according to the e-mail, i should AT LEAST have the copies of the form right ??? How come i didn't get it my e-mail ???

This is what i received on my e-mail....
"Generally, applicants for immigration are only given Section A of the Medical
Report form and do not receive Sections B to E. You should have copies of the form IMM
5419, which contains Sections B to E. If you do not, please write to the Director of
Immigration Health Programmes, at the address below, for information on how to obtain
the form IMM 5419 on CD ROM."

CIC will send you Section A forms. Other frms will be with the doctor. Do not worry, you can carry this section A form to the doctor for medicals. All the best.

I'm going for my MEDICALS next week. Do you have any idea if i should ask my doctor for receipt so that i can sent it to OTTAWA for a proof of my MEDICALS DONE .???

Like how should i keep track that my MEDICALS reached OTTAWA ????

If you are in GTA, You can go to Kitchener, Dr. Shaad .. Here all the labs are in same building and also the doctor will give you prrof of lettters that you did your medicals with him/her.
