QUESTION ABOUT WORKING VISA

Ask ko lang po about working visa. Kung may pag asa po ba ako ma approve. My uncle will get me as Food Counter Attendant. May sarili siyang restaurant dun nag franchise kasi siya. Then, inaantay ko na lang yung LMO na ipapadala nya sakin. May pag asa po ba ako na ma approve ang visa ko. 20 years old po ako at course ko BS Tourism Management kaso 2 years lang di ko natapos yung 4 years, tapos may expericence na ako sa food industry. I worked before at McDonalds almost 5 months. May chance po ba ako ma approve. Nag search kasi ako yung iba dahilan ng refusal is "didnt satisfy the immigration officer that i will come back after completeion my contract" panu ko ba to hindi maencounter.. Please help me.
