I’ve registered and paid my fees for WES on 10/20/2018 and was wondering if i need to send my sealed envelope directly as per new rules or is okay to get it from mumbai unversity and send by myself.
Also, my college has autonomous status (is from mumbai uni) ; does that mean i only need my proxy to visit college get all the copies in sealed envelope and im good to go ? or do i need attestation from mumbai univ office thats near churchgate station. (sorry im just confused with all this and since im here in toronto i need exact info)
