Our Visa office is NDVO and our file was just received at Mississuaga yesterday. My spouse has a visitor visa to canada but we preferred the outland route for various reasons.
A little background to our application.
We got married in July and due to work situations (I exhausted my leaves and took 2 weeks leave without pay), I stayed only 3 weeks after the wedding. anyway we went on honeymoon, spent time with family etc during this timeframe. My spouse visited me twice before wedding - July 2016 and Feb 2017 and I visited him briefly in Dec 2016 as well.
We thought he could visit me here in October or November 2017 during this process but looks like their manager is not happy about giving 2-3 weeks vacation though there is vacation balance (yah they gave only 2 weeks for wedding and one week work from home).
We are wondering if there are no visits in between from either of us, will this become an issue with NDVO or VO's in general?
