Hi guys,
I have tried to apply for the PR back in 2014. At the time I had some issues collecting all the documents with their translations and sending it from Australia to Canada.
In the end, the documentation arrived after the 25000 limit so Immigration sent back my application explaining why it would not be processed. But I noticed there is an UCI in the forms.
So my question is, I've just received ITA and when the form asks if I have applied for residency before, Should I say yes and use the UCI number I received in the old application? Or is it not considered an application as it wasn't evaluated because of the limit of applications being reached?
Many thanks
Daniel
