question about tourist visa

Hi everyone,
Just wanna ask if my sister and brother are eligible in applying for a tourist visa going here in canada. they are both in singapore (not a singaporian citizen which they needs to apply for TRV) right now, working with contract but they
just wanna visit us here in canada during their vacation leave. i read about the "letter of invitation" since we're staying in our auntie and uncle's place (i suppose my auntie and unlce will do the letter)they plan to stay here, just for a vacation about a month or 2.
do they need some financial proof? what other documents do they need?

As your siblings are not ordinary residents of Singapore they will need to furnish their employment contracts with their Singapore employer along with their visa application.

To be able to satisfy the visa counselor at CIC that you have strong ties you may furnish the following

Family ties, employment contract, leave of absence from their employer & bank statements with substantial funds to cover cost of your air tickets are some of the papers you may submit in support of your visa application and ofcourse the letter of invitation from your uncle in Canada.
