Hello People,
I have below questions on my case and would greatly appreciate if you guys can help me out here.
I submitted my a combined application for me and my wife on 25th May 2016. I am currently living in US and my wife is in India. I am going to India in December and we will be back to US in January. We both have a visitors visa for Canada. From what I have read it will take 6 months to get PPR which will take me to November End. As I have travel planned I may not be able to submit my passport for visa stamping in 30 days.
Do I need to get another visa stamped, I already have Canadian visitors visa?
Do I have to submit passport to get a COPR?
If required can I submit passport in India for visa stamping and COPR during my trip to India?
If PPR comes earlier (which I doubt) can I submit my passport in US and her in India? or do we have to submit our passports together?
Can CIC give extensions to submit passports? Is there any way to intimate them in advance so the dates dont clash?
Thanks
