Question about timeline

I applied for the citizenship in June 2021. Until today, the only progress on my application is that I did the test In February 2022. Everything else is still pending.

Is it normal that the other steps all take that long? Most of the other timelines I saw receive the test after the background verification is completed which is not the case with my application. I am also starting to see alot of the June applicants getting their applications complete.

Any advise?

It's an opaque process for sure. YMMV. No two applications move at the same speed. There is no rhyme or reason as to how fast or slow each of the stages move. Hang in there, your application will also progress soon.
