Question about the RQ form

Is the RQ for the relevant period, I.e. Between The first date arrived and the citizenship applied; OR; till the date the RQ is being signed and sent.

RQ is for the relevant period i.e. relevant four years. It is clearly mentioned on the RQ form the exact dates. so one should not be confused...
