Hello everyone! I have a question now, really need your guys help.
So I’m working in a restaurant as a cook, and I got my file number last week. But yesterday my boss told me she signed the contract for sale. So basically she sold the restaurant and it’s going to take a month to transfer everything.its an asset sale. So everything will be the same except the owners name for this restaurant.and the new owner will keep me the same position and same wage.
My question is for this change, any problem for my pr application? I also need to renew my work permit before September. Any problem for work permit renew? Should I get a new job letter from the new employer?
