Hi guys,
I'm having this issue and have no idea what the outcome will be. I will start with the beginning. I did my eMedical back in October and filed my application in December. On the 29th of October, I received a letter from CHC London, Health branch, dated October 24, in which I was requested to go back to the DMP for further tests. I was given 90 days to comply with their request. I went back there the next day, 30 October, and it turns out CIC wanted me to do a sputum culture and another X-ray on January 15 (exactly 3 months after my initial X-ray).
Was I was younger, I had a bad case of pneumonia, which apparently left a scar on my lung and they wanted to be sure the scar is not from TB. My sputum results came back negative on the 8th of January, and on the 15th of January I went back to the DMP with those results and in order to have the second X-ray done.
My problem is the following. Since I have been given 90 days from the date of the letter (which was Oct. 24) to comply with their request, those 90 days expire on the 22nd this month. My DMP has been trying to upload into the system my sputum results and the second X-ray, but the CIC system has been down since last week. Basically, my results are not in the system, to this date. I've been in contact with the DMP, but he cannot do anything for me at the moment. They have sent 3 letters to CIC informing them of the system crash and the fact that they can't upload any test results.
If they don't manage to do so by tomorrow, will this cause any problems for me? Will they consider that I didn't comply with their request? Theoretically, they requested me to go back to the DMP and undergo further tests, which I did. But those test results will not reach CIC by the end of the 90 days period, because of technical problems.
What are your opinions and what do you guys suggest I should do? I'm afraid they will reject my application because of this, or they will fail my medical exam.
