Hi guys - this may be a dumb question but i was under the impression that we had to mail in all our applications for PR under the CEC class. I see in my online profile the only option is to upload my documents. Is this sufficient? or do we I have mail hard copies as well? Thank you.

If you have applied for IRCC PR EXPRESS ENTRY sysyem, Yes you will have to upload all the required documents through your cic online account in one go (once you receive an ITA); If CIC officer (reviewing your case) needs any additional info, they would send you- the additional details required for the processing of your application and mode of transmission (for requested information).
However, CIC still accepts paper based PNP PR applications- https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/provincial-nominees/application-process/paper.html
