What are the steps after getting the SINP nomination?
On my SINP nomination letter, it says that: "We are pleased to advise your application under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) has been approved. Please note this nomination is not valid for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s (IRCC) Express Entry system."
I was wondering if you could please answer the following questions.
My questions are: (1) what would be my next step for completing my pr application? should I apply for the paper-based application? or can I apply online?
(2) does it mean that I can not apply online through express entry to claim 600 points?
(3) on the IRCC website it says that you should apply paper-based: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/provincial-nominees/works.html
Then in another part, it says it is possible to apply online now, please see the link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/provincial-nominees/application-process/paper.html
I am confused, could I apply online for pr through nomination? or should I follow the old paper-based process? would that be risky to apply online? considering that my nomination letter says that I should apply via mail.
I would appreciate it if you could kindly advise.
