Question about signatures in documents to CIC

Dear All,

I am preparing documents to CIO,and have an urgent question,there are some files we need to sign,
could you please help me to confirm whether it is correct:
ITEM File name Of Page Signature
1 Generic Application Form to Canada(IMM 0008) Page 5 Principle applicant
2 Schedule A:Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) Page 4 Principle applicant
3 Schedule A:Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) Page 4 Spouse
4 Schedule 4:Economic Classed-Provincial Nominees Page 1 Principle applicant
5 Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) Page 1 Principle applicant
6 Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) Page 1 Spouse

When we was preparing application documents to Manitoba(MPNP General stream),I remember there were some papers need to be signed by bothe(Principle applicant and spouse),it was the agency to prepare docuemnts for us,we just signed when he asked, I did not pay much attention on it,but this time I want to prepare by myself.
And according to the my understanding,there is no paper requring signatures of both of us. Is it right?

You failed to include IMM008_4e Economic Classes-Provincial Nominee which should be filled-up and signed by the principal applicant. Otherwise, everything are A-OK! ;D

1.But i am not under business stream,so I don;t need to provide IMM008_4e but IMM008_4?
2.for fee payment,my sponsor said he will pay for me in Canada, how i can fill this form on this situation?

Actually the file name of IMM008_4e but the title in the document is "Schedule 4". Anyway, I think you have filled-up and signed the correct form. Regarding fee payment, your sponsor should pay "ONLINE" and the internet "official receipt" to be sent to you by email. Print and fill-up the receipt and include in your application instead of the form IMM5620E.
